OUR 4 STEP PROCESS

Step 01: Consultation

Schedule your first visit here. Wear workout attire and bring a water bottle. We have clean towels in house.

Step 02: Fitness Evaluation

During the consult we take you through a light movement assessment to determine your foundation.

Step 03: Action Plan

Together we create fitness and nutrition goals and begin taking measurable steps to accomplishing them.

Step 04: Implementation

You will receive a customized exercise plan based on your individual goals.

I have never worked out before, is this for me?

YES! Our programs are designed specifically for YOU. Regardless of where you started, our goal is to get you to the next level! So let’s do it together! 

How are you different from personal training?

Our sessions are shared with up to 3 other people which creates a very encouraging, uplifting environment and increases accountability (aka your results). Oh and did we mention that it is a much lower price point than 1 on 1 training?! 

What will the semi-private workout entail?

Your personalized program will focus on the goals you set for yourself. We focus on strength training and functional training to get you there! 

Are the small group trainings like a military boot camp class?

Nope! We designed our small group classes to be fun, uplifting, and judgement free! We thrive off of each other’s energy and passion to work towards bettering themselves (without all the yelling that you see in ‘boot camp’ style classes)

What should I wear?

Keep it simple and comfortable! Athletic attire and sneakers are always a win. You want to be able to move freely.

What should I bring with me?

Your energy! That is it! We have water, coffee, and towels- help yourself. We just ask for donations when possible. 

Can you help me strengthen my core?

Of course! Believe it or not, just doing crunches will not get you there…Lukily a comprehensive, full body strength training program that focuses on compound movements will. Let us show you how!

Am I locked into a contract?

Our trial membership gives you 30 days of unlimited access to our facility. After that, we offer great packages with 3 or 12 month commitments- trust us, this is to ensure results and focus on YOUR accountability! 

Will I slow other members down?

Even though this is a group environment, workouts are extremely individualized. Everyone has their own work to rest ratios! So no, you will definitely not slow anyone down! 

Will I receive nutrition advisement?

Yes! We track your intake and suggest healthy alternatives to your current diet. To dive even deeper we can also connect you with our dietician for specific recommendations and in depth analysis of your health history.
